留守日誌15：街坊迫上法庭 Oct 16th 2013, 16:39, by 原人 ［觀塘鴿舍留守日誌 15天］街坊迫上法庭 鴿王培哥前途未卜，鴿牌未明。支持的三位街坊陸續被市建局控告「霸佔官地」，新隆樓街坊謝姑娘，偉利模型店主陳生及凌記租書的另一位陳生。他們都在社區生活30多年，因為重建，自己的家和生計卻被變成官地。上年，市建局在行政會議通過「土地收回條例」，為着收回觀塘仁愛圍土地作豪宅用途，目送一個個無助的街坊上庭，敗訴，剩下難道只有被抬？市建局主席蘇慶和能見下街坊嗎？聽聽我們的生活和故事嗎？ 街坊找不着律師，樓主早前也協助他們撰寫文件，現在他們唯有自辯，法庭中，前景堪輿。星期五早上9：15，灣仔法院，希望大家聲援。 謝謝 Yeung Wai Chung相片
